Staying present with breath you will move through a sequence of postures that are powerful, fun and energizing.

Uplifting music will be offered to inspire you throughout your practice ending with tranquil sounds soothing you into stillness and restoration. Classes are designed for all levels as Dana believes that yoga should be approachable for every “body”, modifications will be offered as needed to ensure it’s an enjoyable experience for all.
